The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) has appointed Dr. Pollak as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Cancer Prevention Research, an international journal published by AACR, effective January 1, 2019.
Dr. Pollak was Chair and Organizer of this AACR virtual event: Advances in Prevention‚ Early Detection‚ and Interception Session entitled, “Radiation-Induced Cancers and Cancer Survivorship”
Dr. Pollak was elected to be a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada (RSC). He is also Co-Leader of the Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) Canada Metastatic Breast Cancer Dream Team.
